How the draw works

At close, the entries tied for first were locked into the numbered list below, and the list was fingerprinted with SHA-256 (one number:account-id per line).
At that same moment the draw was tied to a future round of drand, a public random number published every 30 seconds by independent organizations (Cloudflare, Protocol Labs, universities and others). Nobody could know that number when the list was locked.
Once the round came out, its random number and the fingerprint shuffled the entry numbers (seed = SHA-256 of randomness:fingerprint:contest-id:tiebreak, then a Fisher-Yates shuffle stepping with SHA-256 of seed:step). The first one drawn wins.
