Every giveaway, every winner, and whether the prize was delivered. Each draw is public and anyone can verify it.

How winners are picked: giveaways are free to enter, one entry per member. When one closes, the entrant list is locked and the winners come from a public random number (drand) that didn't exist yet - nobody, including the host or admins, can choose or redraw. If a winner has to be replaced, it stays listed here with the reason, and the next person in the already-drawn order wins.
