Local fish stores, coral shops, and frag-trip outfits are welcome to post here directly. This board is a free service: no sponsorship fee, no posting fee, no quotas. You're investing in the local hobby, so we're giving you a real channel to reach it. What stores can post:

• Livestock arrivals ("Indo shipment just hit Saturday morning")
• Sales & coupons ("BOGO acan frags this weekend only")
• In-store events (frag swaps you're hosting, demos, tank tours)
• New gear in stock you're excited about
• Honest "what's going on at the shop" updates

To get the LFS badge on your account (which removes the 25-post For Sale gate and signals to the community that you're a verified store), DM an admin with a link to your store + a way to confirm you're the owner or manager. We respond fast. Ground rules for store posts:

• Identify your store clearly (name + city in the thread, ideally a link to your Instagram or website).
• Stick to your own store. Don't trash competitors in your posts; let the community compare.
• Honest stock condition in livestock posts (fresh vs. settled, captive-bred vs. wild, any caveats).
• One thread per event or sale - update the existing thread with new comments rather than spamming new posts.
• Limited-time deals: include a real start + end date so reefers can plan around it.

What hobbyists can post:

• "Just visited [Store Name], here's what they had" - reviews are welcome, keep them honest.
• "Anyone been to [Store Name] lately?" - asking for recent store reports.
• ID help on a fish you saw at a store.
• Constructive complaints (not personal attacks) - use the ⚑ report button if something crosses into harassment.
