First Post in Fish !!! - Captive Bred Biota Angels

Hey All, If you have been on the fence about paying the big bucks for Captive Bred fish, well hop off that fence. Since February I have been housing 4 Captive Bred Biota Angels - 2 Colini, 1 MisBar Grade A Yellow Belly Regal (From Biota via Bali AquaRich) and a Navarchus. This week we added another Colini, a pair of Goldflakes, an Asfur and a Paluan Coral Beauty. And in between I got a Multibar. The Goldflakes and Colini that arrived last, after flying all day, and being unbagged hours after their normal bedtime were eating within 10 mins of getting out of the bags. These fish are healthy. They are very small - beware. Most angel arrive at about 1". The Navarchus and Asfur came in just under 3/4". You truly need a mini-reef to grow up your mini angels. Dave B
