We've ordered a few different rocks from FragRocks.com (Ocean Aquaria on Amazon), and their stuff is pretty awesome. We started seeing their videos on TikTok, and I think that's where hubby actually ordered the first piece. Currently in the tank we have at least 4 items from them. We have 2 of their torch towers, and one of the mini arch. The gonis are on the towers, and the torches are on the arch. We didn't have enough room to put the torches on the towers without them hitting SPS frags 🥴 I also just got the single hole magnetic rock for the sump, so I can give my dendro some space away from the mushroom cages. Haven't needed to really contact customer service, but if we send a message on TikTok, it is usually answered pretty quickly. The stuff has always come really well packed in pretty sturdy boxes, with tons of bubble wrap to protect them. They also come with a little note about care instructions and a sticker (in case that is important to note) LOL. Also, if you see something they don't have listed on their website, try Amazon. Sometimes old stock is there. Or send them a message on TikTok under Ocean Aquaria and ask. They might just make a custom piece for you.
